Application: To manufacture various transformers, mutual inductors, magnetic amplifiers, choke cores and magnetic shielding that operate in weak magnetic fields.
The density of this alloy is ρ=8.60g/cm³.
The product varieties are: cold-rolled strip, cold-drawn wire, cold-drawn (rolled) tube, hot-rolled (forged) flat, wire rod, and hot-rolled (forged) bar.
Applicable standard: GB/T 32286.1-2015.
NILOMAG alloy 77 is a nickel-iron-copper-molybdenum soft magnetic alloy with an extremely high initial permeability, making it particularly suitable for applications where power requirements need to be kept to a minimum.
