Inconel HX is a high temperature nickel chromium iron alloy with excellent oxidation resistance and exceptional strength up to 2200°F (1200℃). The alloy is used in combustion chambers, afterburners and exhaust pipes for aircraft and land-based gas turbine engines; in fan roll beds and support components for industrial furnaces; and in nuclear engineering.
Inconel alloy HX is easy to manufacture and weld.
The density of the alloy is ρ=8.2g/cm³.
