The Haynes 747 is a Fe-Ni-Cr-based precipitation-hardening deformation high-temperature alloy designed for solid solution service. It operates at long-term temperatures of 1100℃-1250℃ and can withstand short-term temperatures up to 1300℃. This alloy demonstrates exceptional strength, stable microstructure, and superior oxidation and corrosion resistance. With excellent weldability, it can be processed through various welding techniques. Its primary products include bars, plates, tubes, wires, and forgings.
The density of the Haynes 747 is ρ=7.78g/cm³.
