GH4202 is a Ni-Cr-based precipitation-strengthened high-temperature alloy with an operating temperature range of-253℃ to 800℃. The alloy contains approximately 4% AI+Ti to form the γ’ aging-strengthening phase, 9% W+Mo for solid solution strengthening, and small amounts of boron and cerium for grain boundary strengthening and purification. It exhibits excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and stable microstructure. The alloy demonstrates superior corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and exceptional resistance to oxygen-rich erosion. With excellent weldability, it serves as a versatile high-temperature alloy material. Primary products include bars, forgings, plates, tubes, and wires.
The density of GH4202 is ρ=8.36g/cm³.
