GH3039 is a Ni-Cr-based solid solution strengthened high-temperature alloy, primarily strengthened through the solid solution of chromium and molybdenum. The alloy exhibits moderate thermal strength and excellent resistance to thermal fatigue below 800℃, while demonstrating good oxidation resistance below 1000℃ with stable microstructure during prolonged use. It demonstrates excellent cold forming and welding properties. Its main products include plates, bars, wires, tubes, and forgings.
