Tech Center 2025-08-03 34

Nimonic PE16 is a forged nickel-chromium-based alloy strengthened by the addition of molybdenum, titanium and aluminium. It is mainly used within the temperature range of 500-750℃, combining the high strength and excellent processing characteristics of age-hardened nickel-based alloys.
This alloy is used in gas turbine flame tubes, nuclear reactor components, missile thermal components, superheater tubes and aircraft piping systems.

The density of this alloy is ρ=8.00g/cm³.
