It is a high-strength and high-toughness martensitic aging steel, belonging to the iron-nickel-cobalt-molybdenum alloy, containing a small amount of titanium and aluminum elements, and has excellent mechanical and technological properties. It is widely applied in fields such as aerospace, energy and chemical engineering.

    Excellent heat treatment characteristics: Low furnace temperature requirements for precipitation hardening and aging heat treatment:
    Uniform and predictable shrinkage during heat treatment
  10. The minimum deformation during heat treatment does not require quenching for full hardening and does not need a protective atmosphere
  11. It is not affected by sulfation or desulfation
    Advantages during the application process
    A low coefficient of expansion can minimize thermal stress to the greatest extent
  12. Its pitting corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance are superior to those of ordinary tool steel
  13. Good repair welding performance
  14. Excellent mechanical properties lead to a longer tool life, making it easier to reprocess and anneal to extend the secondary tool life
