Incoloy 945X alloy is an improved high-strength, corrosion-resistant nickel-iron-chromium alloy, specifically designed for extremely harsh environments, especially in the oil and gas industry. It is an upgraded version of Incoloy 945X alloy, featuring higher strength and better corrosion resistance, and is suitable for environments with high acidity (containing H₂S and CO₂) and high stress. Its chemical composition contains molybdenum, copper, niobium, titanium and aluminum. These elements significantly enhance the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy through aging hardening.
