Incoloy 907 alloy is a nickel-iron alloy with high strength and a low coefficient of thermal expansion. This alloy is strengthened through aging hardening heat treatment. The combination of low expansion and high strength makes Incoloy 907 alloy suitable for gas turbine components. Low expansion enables tighter control of clearance and tolerance to enhance fuel efficiency. High strength enables a higher strength-to-density ratio in aircraft engines, thereby reducing weight. For these reasons, Incoloy 907 alloy is used in gas turbine seals, shafts, casings and other structural components.
The properties of Incoloy 907 alloy are also attractive in other applications, including instruments, glass-metal seals: ceramic molds and power generation.

The density of this alloy is ρ=8.33g/cm³.
