GH4099 is a highly alloyed nickel-based aged sheet alloy, which is comprehensively strengthened with cobalt, tungsten, molybdenum, aluminum, titanium and other elements, endowing the alloy with high thermal strength. It can be used for a long time below 900℃, and the maximum working temperature can reach 1000℃. The alloy has a stable microstructure and satisfactory cold and hot working forming and welding process performance. This alloy is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature plate load-bearing welded structural components such as combustion chambers and afterburners of aero engines. Large plate structural components made of this alloy can be directly used without aging treatment after solution treatment. The main products include plates and wires, and bars and forgings can also be produced.
