Incoloy 803 is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy designed for petrochemical, chemical and thermal processing applications. The nickel and chromium content of Incoloy 803 is higher than that of Incoloy 800H and 800HT. The ratio of nickel, iron and chromium is balanced, providing optimal performance within the temperature range of 1550°F(840 ° C) to 2100 °F(1150 ° C). Incoloy 803 is an economical material that offers excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance in oxidizing, vulcanizing and carburizing environments. Incoloy 803 exhibits excellent stress fracture strength at high temperatures. These properties, combined with high resistance to carburizing and cyclic oxidation, make Incoloy 803 an ideal material for many demanding applications.

The density of this alloy is ρ=7.86g/cm³.
