Inconel625 is a Ni-Cr-based solid solution strengthened superalloy for high-temperature deformation applications, primarily containing chromium, molybdenum, and niobium as strengthening elements, with a maximum service temperature of 950℃. The alloy demonstrates excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance from low temperatures to 980℃, along with superior processability and weldability. It exhibits outstanding corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and stress corrosion resistance in salt spray environments. Widely used in manufacturing aerospace components, spacecraft structures, and chemical equipment, its primary products include plates, bars, tubes, wires, strips, and forgings.
The density of Inconel625 is ρ=8.44g/cm³.
