Inconel X-750 alloy is mainly a nickel-based superalloy strengthened by aging in the γ'[Ni3(Al,Ti,Nb)] phase. It has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980℃, and high strength below 800℃. It has excellent anti-relaxation performance at 540℃, and also features good formability and weldability. This alloy is mainly used for manufacturing corrosion-resistant ring parts, structural components, bolts and other parts of aero engines that operate below 800℃ and require high strength, as well as aircraft that operate below 540℃ under medium and low stress and require anti-relaxation. Springs and helical springs can also be used to manufacture gas turbine blades and other parts.
